How To Report Bugs Or Submit Suggestions To Eudora

• To report bugs to Eudora, send email to eudora-bugs@eudora.com. Describe what you did, what happened, what version of Eudora you have, whether you're using the 16 or 32 bit version of Eudora, any error messages Eudora gave (the numbers in ()'s are especially important), what kind of computer you have, which operating system you're using, and anything else you think might be relevant.

  You will receive an automated response indicating that your bug report has been received and forwarded to Eudora's engineering staff. Unless additional information is needed, you will not receive a direct response.

• To submit suggestions for improvements to Eudora, send email to eudora-suggest@eudora.com.
