This is a list of assignments, intended to provide you some in-depth understanding of the material discussed this week.
You have the opportunity to solve the exercises in the 'Regneverksted'.

If you prefer to work on your own and find some of the problems hard to solve, you have several possible routes of action:

  • Go once again over the material, in particular the examples
  • Try one of the simpler exercises first (check the text and exercise book)
  • Consult with your colleagues
  • Come to my office directly [Rom 3061 -- don't hesitate], or ask me at the next occasion

    • Please read sections 6.5 -- 6.6 in the textbook

    Please solve Exercises 6.15, 6.17, 6.18, 6.19, 6.20, 6.22, 671, 672 680 (the last one is really fun)
