- **Create a working copy of the repository on your machine:**

 svn checkout http://usr/local/svn/newrepos/some/project putItHere

- **Add and delete files:**

 svn add path/file

 svn del path/file


- **Submit your changes:**

  svn commit -m "short description of what you have done in this revision"

- **Update to the latest versjon:**

 svn up

 or 

 svn update
