Student Accommodation

There are several choises of student accommondation. Some choose to rent private, but most foregin students choose to rent from the student services organization of the region.

They have three alternative student villages:

KVAM: 4 km from town. Nearby campus (4 students per unit)

FABRIKKVEIEN: Near the town centre, 4 km from campus (6 students per unit)

GLOMSTUVEIEN: 2 km from campus, and 2 km from Molde town centre.
There are regular bus services between each student accomodation campus, faculties and town centre. Students get reduced bus fares. (

The rent is slightly different for each student residence, based on the number of students per unit, and distance from town/campus.

COSTS OF LIVING IN MOLDE:
The Norwegian State Educational Fund stipulates NOK 8000 a month.
