Trip to Trollkirke (Troll Church)

Dear International Students
I hope that you all are enjoying beautiful Molde.
As the opening week is over and school has already started and soon you will be busy in studies so this is the proper time to go for small excursion.
so ESN has arranged a small tour to "Trollkirka" or "Troll Church" on SATURDAY 26th August.
Trollkirka are caves situated some kilometers outside Molde. It is beautiful place which can only be visited during this weather, so that is why we have organized it on a short time notice.
Here is the brief introduction of caves:
"The Troll church consists of three exciting limestone grottos with underground streams and waterfalls. The two lower grottos have beautiful waterfalls that cascade 14 meters down into a white marble pool. The uppermost one consists of long underground passages. On the surface to the west of the uppermost grotto there is a fishing lake with white marble "jetties". The mountain behind the Trolls' church is very distinctive, with jagged points and spires"

We are planning to take a special Bus from city center in morning and after 30-45 minutes of drive we will reach a point from where we will start walking towards caves. The walk is around 2 hours (one way) with usual speed and somewhat steep. We will be having torches and flash lights ( we will provide them but if you have one, please bring). After spending few hours there we will take the same route back.

As there is a lake also , so you will be having an opportunity to swim if the weather remains good and sunny.

COST:

Complementary for International students who have come this semester ( An ESN present)
NOK 50/- for old international students

IMPORTANT:

At the moment the most important thing is to know the exact number of persons going on Saturday. So please send me an email or contact me if you are willing to accompany us as soon as possible, lets say by latest till THURSDAY :) as we have to get the reservations.

I will send you a mail about the detailed program and stuff you need for the trip later. But please confirm your status as soon as possible
