About contacting us - Problems with contacting us

The board of ESN Molde implores everyone to use E-mail as the primary way of contacting us. This is because it is both easier and cheaper for us to reply, and have a dialog with you.

One problem we had was we received some SMSes from a number we believe originate from China. We were not able to reply due to some incompatibility between the Norwegian and Chinese telecoms. To this person we must apologize, we did not mean any disrespect. This incident demonstrate that communication by E-mail, is probably the best alternative for most purposes.

Of course we're not forbidding anyone to contact us via phones/SMS, like when e-mail services are unavailable or inconvenient or you need a reply really quick, phone is good. But when ever possible please use e-mail.

Sincerely
The ESN Molde board
