My research work
I work with nuclear chemistry in the Department
of Chemistry, at the University of Oslo.
I completed my Ph.D work, "Studies of short-lived
nuclei in the proximity of closed shells", in May, 1995. Most of my
research work are within the following areas:
Teaching
My work at the university not only consist of research, but also of teaching.
I'm involved in the following under-graduate courses in chemistry:
-
KJ 250
- our basic nuclear chemistry course.
-
KJ 252
- "Instrumentation and measuring techniques for nuclear chemistry".
-
UiO Strålevernkurs
- basic course for those who works with radionuclides in the lab.
In addition, I can supervise students for their Masters or Ph.D degrees.
Currently I can offer research programs for these degrees in connection
to the SISAK development work and experiments. Click
here if you want more information about this.
