Location Aware Systems, Spring 2006The content of this site is mostly related to the Location Aware Systems course running in the spring of 2006 at Østfold University College, but parts of the material might be of interest outside this scope. Most of the content is in Norwegian. The course is part of the Computer Science master study, and is linked to the specialization in Mobile Applications. The main objective in Location Aware Systems is to provide the students with a practical introduction to context aware mobile services in general, and in particular location and map based applications. Location Aware Systems may also be considered as a sub project of Project OneMap, in the sense that selected results from the student projects will be used in the OneMap infrastructure. The students are considered to be part of the OneMap team in the course period. |
