This is my contribution to the nerdy world of www, homepages and computer exibitionism. I'm here to tell you that I'm THE lucky mastergraduate student. To put it short my task is to study wireless computer network security, aka the underground world of Wardriving! Beware! Soon I'll be lurking in a network near you!

Hovedfagsoppgaven omhandler sikkerhet i trådløse nett. I første fase av prosjektet skal studenten sette sammen utstyr for å gjennomføre en lokal "wardriving", dvs. finne trådløse nett i Beregen. I neste fase skal studenten finne og utnytte programmer for å teste sikkerheten i noen av disse nettene. Denne fasen skal gi insikt i hvilke muligheter "hackere" har til å angripe trådløse nett. I siste fase av prosjektet skal studenten arbeide med løsninger for økt sikkerhet i trådløse nett.

Aside from my Wardriving project I love getting dirty with programming. I mostly program in C and PHP. And when I do it is usually related to graphics, art and user interfaces in some way or another. Apart from some of my now outdated software projects I spend a lot of time with some of these things:

• FriByte Student organisation maintaining computers, networks, and developing software for other student organisations
• Paxwax A Content Management System I developed when creating www.hulen.no
Bluetooth/SE cellphone remote
• Multimedia player for PVR
• DirectFB Lowlevel Graphics library
• Enlightenment State-of-the-art highlevel graphics libraries
• PHP Very easy language to use when creating dynamic websites!
• The Gimp Image manipulation program that I use for all my graphics related work
