We are currently investigating ways to help delegates come in contact with

Meal Arrangements
Breakfasts are included in the
hotel price. Lunches and refreshments are included on the conference days.
No lunch is included on the tutorial day, only refreshments.
Social Program
Monday.
1800 Reception
Tuesday:
1900 Reception hosted by
the mayor of
Trondheim at Erkibispegården.
There will also be an informal get
together for partners on Tuesday morning.
Wednesday:
1730 Reception at
Studentersamfundet
Thursday.
Thursday night is the conference dinner where, after
a tram trip into one of the wooded hillsides surrounding Trondheim, you
will find yourself at a scenic hilltop restaurant.
Prior to the dinner, we have several free hours in
which you can a) join our trip to Pirbadet, Norways largest swimming and
acquatic centre, b) join our informal sightseeing or c) check out Trondheim
at your own pace.
Friday.
ICES ski day: for new beginners and more advanced
skiers.

Poster Session and Debate
On Wednesday 19th, March we will
be holding our poster session with refreshments and the debate in our
students union "Studenter Samfundet". This is to enable the debate
to be open to the public and therefore open the discussion to a wider
forum. Studenter Samfundet is a 20 minute walk from the conference venue
following the river.
