Fra 1. juli 2006 er den nye IT avdelingen ved Universitetet i Bergen på plass.
Dermed kan ansatte ved det Medisinske fakultet kontakte "BRITA" (BRukarstøtte ved IT-Avdelinga) for hjelp og brukerstøtte.
