Please note that you will recieve an automaically generated confirmation by e-mail shortly after you have submitted your registration. This will not be sent additionally by post. Please don't hesitate to contact the Congress Secretariat if you have enquiries regarding this.

Payment
Payment for the congress & social activities is done in advance by credit card (electronically) or invoice, but payment for the hotel accomodation is done directly to the hotel upon arrival or departure.


There are two different ways to pay for the congress, electronically or by invoice:
Electronic payment is based on using VISA or MasterCard through University of Oslo 's electronic (encrypted) payment system (e-pay). We prefer that all participants pay by this system. For participants who are unable to use this system, it is possible to pay by invoice. Please note that for all transactions by invoice from outside of Norway a fee of NOK 150,- will be added to your invoice. You choose payment method on the conference registration form.

Cancellation terms for congress registration and hotel accommodation:
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the congress can receive a payment refund less an administration fee of NOK 600.- provided that a written notice of non-attendance is received no later than February 10, 2005 .
After that date, no refunds will be made. In the case of a "no-show" at a booked hotel without a cancelling notice from you on beforehand, we will send you an invoice for one night. All refunds will be processed following the closing of the congress.
