The international architectural competition for youth

LIVING HOUSES

Your national teams are now presenting architecture from your own city.
Through the digital project you have the opportunity to be familiar to some of the characteristic buildings in Oslo, Rome, Sanya and Torun.

Your international team are invited to participate in an architectural competition.

The task is to design LIVING HOUSES for the your cities (Rome, Sanya, Torun or Oslo).

Your national team can make drawings in colour or models of a LIVING HOUSE.

The categories are: ‘a town house’, ‘a nature house’, ‘a traditional house,‘a multi cultural house’.

If you are inspired of the architecture from some of the other towns, you can make a house for their city.

Or you can let the inspiration influence on the house for your own city.

The jury will have a special reward for good collaboration between the national teams..

Competition requirements

1.
Your team must describe the building site in words and if possible also send a photo of the site.

2.
The teams shall send in drawings and/or model of your LIVING HOUSE with a description in English.
Specially about the building materials.

NB! The drawings and text must be in the database BEST at the 27th of April 2006.
(The jury has decided to lengthen the time limit.)

3.
International teams are invited to collaborate by make comments on the contributions within the their team.
Last day for comments the 4th of May 2006.
