General university college requirements.
After finishing the course the student shall:
- have a general overview of the technical components in municipal engineering
- know the legal prosedures for planning and implementation
- understand common terminology within the area of municipal engineering
The student will be able to understand and evaluate academic litrature and research work and communicate with specialist in the field.
The technical elements according to Plan og Bygningsloven
Handling procedures in connection with application for building licence
Public management, administration, planning prosess and authorities
Lectures and independent work. Exercises and site -inspections.
A given number og exsercises has to be delivered and acceptet within given deadline.
3 hour written examination
