The students get the ability to develop windows- and ASP.NET based applications for the .NET environment. They will get a survey of the different software developing tools as well.
1. Programming windowsbased applications using C#.
2. Development of software based on ASP.NET
3. Developing applications using XML Web-services
All teaching and exercises are done in a datalab. containing the installation of Visual Studio V7 and .NET servers. The teaching methods is mainly based on a series of exercises. At the end of the course, the student must do a convenental and more extensive task of programming equivalent to 3 credits.
The exercises must be fulfilled in succession and will subject to assessment and finally approved.
The assessment is done based on an oral examination adjusted by an overall assessment of the exercises.
