Classroom lectures 4 hours/week.
Excercises in computer lab. 4 hours/week: Process simulation with Simulink. Analysis and design of control loops with Matlab.
Project work in groups of 2-4 students: Realisation of control loops with LabView. Distributed control and monitoring over Internet with Datasocket.
3 hours individual written examination which counts for 50% of the grade.
1 project in groups of 2-4 students counting for 50% of the grade.
Both examination and project must be successfully completed to fulfill the course.
