The student should attain a statistical basis in order to be able to evaluate analytical errors, understand analytical variation, calculate reference limits, evaluate methods and plan experiments.

• Probability calculations
• Probablility distributions, discrete and continuous
• Confidence intervals and hypothesis testing
• Correlation and linear regression

Lectures.

Admission to the exam requires approval of compulsory exercises.

Written exam, 3 hours.
