Entrance requirements.

Acquireing basic knowledge of the profession by learning fundamental laboratory techniques.

- General laboratory techniques
- Spcimen collection and other preanalytical variables
- Introduction to quality management
- Hygiene and exposure hazards
- Haematology
- Haemostasis
- Urinanalysis

Lectures and compulsory laboratory exercises. It is put emphasis upon student active ways of learning such as student projects.

Approved cumpulsory work.
Practical examination.

Practical examination must be passed before entry to final examination, which is a 4 hour written exam.
