Practical and educational training for college/university graduates and persons with vocational background

DEGREE: The programme qualifies the students for teaching in primary school, lower and upper secondary school in relevant subjects.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:Vocational training or equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
COURSE CONTENT: Pedagogical theory, didactics relevant to one (vocational) or two (university) subjects, superviced professional training (12 weeks). Central issues in the course: Learning and development – social tasks and values – planning, carrying out and evaluating teaching and learning – organisation and management of learning – ethics and professional identity – experimental and developmental work. We use varied teaching methods, such as lectures, seminars, projects, written assignments, continuous assessment in groupwork.
ASSESSMENT:2nd semester: Individual oral exam and portfolio assessment.
