To give the students a deeper insight into projects and project management.
The course is divided into four parts:
1)Definition of a project and organisation of projects
2)Introduction to and use of project management tools
3)Project management
4)A student project where the students make use of knowledge from parts 1-3 to write and present a project report at the end of the course
Lectures, guest lectures, problem-based learning, group tutorials and discussion of cases.
There are no course requirements.
Throughout the semester the students will work on a group assignment which is to be handed in two weeks before the oral examination. This group assignment will form the basis for an individual oral examination.
Will be given at the beginning of the course.
