Peace Education Conference

Time: October 22 - 24 2003

Place: Centre for Peace Studies, University of Tromsø

Programme

Language: The Conference will be held in Norwegian, Danish and Swedish.

CPS will invite a cross section of actors involved with peace education in the Nordic countries, from all levels ranging from primary education, through secondary/high school level and through higher education, including research and development.

The programme will among other things engage with sets of issues and challenges in the educational segment versus globalisation and organisation. Representatives from lower grade levels will particularly be invited to present their activities and contributions to peace education.
