The Centre for Peace Studies invites proposals to fund projects that seek to advance our understanding of (1) the achievement and maintenance of positive, sustainable peace, and (2) non-violent forms of conflict management and resolution.

All projects must be connected to a member of the faculty or staff at the University of Tromsø.

The CPS research committee will review applications 3 times annually –with the 20th of September, January and March as the deadline for submission of applications. If the 20th is a public holiday, the first following working day is the deadline for submission. The research committee will review all applications and makes a recommendation to the CPS board that then gives formal approval to the projects.
