3. Exhibition Booth and rates

The rate includes:

Standard shell scheme 2x2 m or 2x3m (height 2,2 m) including front-on and name sign,

modular wall panels, spotlights, electrical connection(s) (220V), Internet access, display

for brochures, 1 table, 2 chairs, exhibitor badge and conference participation for 1 person

exclusive lunch. Inscription in official sponsor guide.

The rate per square meter is 450 Euro (excl. 25% VAT)

For exhibition space without standard booth, we charge 400 Euro per square meter (excl. 25% VAT)

You can pay by credit card or by invoice. (An invoice administration fee of NOK 35,- will be submitted).
