Abstract:
Several issues must be dealt with when starting a new telemedicine project. These range from organizational issues to technical aspects and medical concerns. One of the main success factors for the project is a coherent and well built requirements specification.

This lecture will focus on different aspects of building a requirements specification taking in consideration the particularities of the telemedicine area.
