Support@Dualog - Building a support tool based on data warehouse technology

Abstract:
Dualog AS is a company in growth, seeking to expand its support team to answer the demands of the steadily increasing number of customers. One important piece in this expansion is acquiring a new support tool.

This thesis will present a design and implementation of a prototype support tool specifically made for the Dualog support team. We will investigate if this tool can be based on data warehouse technology.
