Construction aspects of a stateful publish-subscribe system for an online marketplace

Abstract
The enormous growth and frequently changing content of the World Wide Web has made it increasingly difficult to find relevant information in a timely manner. We investigate the unification of a search system and a publish-subscribe system as an approach to this problem. This idea is explored in the context of an online marketplace.
