Courses given by the Department of Education
The Department of Education offers a bachelor-programme, four different master programmes and one Ph.D programme. The Ph.D course consists of several training courses and an independent research project, which is the basis for a dissertation.
The Diploma of Teacher Education course combined with the study of school subjects, both general and vocational, qualifies students for the teaching profession.
The Department also offers a variety of courses in further education, especially for teachers and mentors working in educational institutions.
Some subjects can be studied according to interest or as part of degrees offered by other departments at the Faculty of Social Science.
