Cancer treatment in Europe

July 14th 2005 NAFKAM hosted the European steering committee in CAM-CANCER. The project is financed by the EU and the next meeting is in Brussels in September 2005

The project’s aim is to get an overview of what we know today about the effects different CAM-treatments have on cancer.

In connection with this project NAFKAM has received funding to carry out a sub-project which aims to survey the regulation of alternative treatment in all EU/EFTA countries and in Switzerland.

EORTC is arranging a course for oncologists in 2006 about CAM and cancer.
