Youth Travel Fund

We have been granted 18 FEBS Youth Travel Funds (YTF), and applicants are asked to follow the guidelines presented here. Application deadline is June 15th, 2005.

Awards will only be made to persons travelling from their current country of residence to another country. The amount of the award shall be related to the distance from the applicant's place of work to the venue of the Course. The YTF will also cover the registration fee.

The YTF applicants must meet the following requirements:

• be or have been, a student at an institution of higher learning in a country where there is a FEBS Constituent Society.
• be a member of a FEBS Constituent Society.
• be a PhD student or be a person within five years of obtaining a PhD.

The application must also contain:

• Abstract of presentation.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Letter of recommodation from superviser.
• Proof of FEBS Constituent Society Membership (letter from Society).
