General information

Lectures by invited speakers will be 30 or 45 minutes including discussion. There will be a one hour poster session each day of the Conference.

Oral presentation at the Conference is by invitation only. Each presenter is asked not to dwell on published material or detailed reporting of original data, but rather to focus on areas where recent methods and experimental data are likely to be of general relevance in the future.

All participants are invited to present their original data at posters that will be on display during the conference.

The conference venue, Arktika, is centrally located and is within walking distance from the Radisson SAS and downtown Tromsø.

Participation is limited to 200 persons on a first-come first-serve basis.


Conference venue

The conference venue is Arktika Conference Center. A shuttle will take attendees between the hotel and Arktika. For those who wish to walk, the venue is within walking distance from the Conference Hotel, Radisson SAS Tromsø. All attendees meet at Arktika at 12.00 for registration and lunch on April 26th.
