Approximately two weeks after submission, the assessment of the project will be completed, and oral examinations will be held.

Assessment
Coursework Requirements:
An oral and a written presentation of a project outline of 2-3 pages is required at a project seminar during the semester.
Assessment of this requirement is pass/fail.

Assessment method:
The examination consists of a project and an oral exam. The student is to produce a project during the project period equivalent of 25 pages; for groups of 2 or 3 students the project should be equivalent of 40-50 pages. With group projects an overview of the distribution of work between the members of the group should be enclosed. The project is to be submitted both electronically at the documentation studies web site, and as a hard copy. Deadline for submission of papers will be decided later.

Projects may use other media than text, e.g. pictures, sound and video.

On the condition that the project is approved, an individual oral presentation (approx. 15 min.) is to be given, followed by a discussion (approx. 15 min.). The presentation is to be based on a given topic, which should be discussed on the basis of the project topic and the course literature, etc., and is to be prepared in half an hour immediately before the presentation.

The project and the exam will be given joint assessment.
