PFF-5002: Postgraduate Certificate in Education - practicel. Fulltimestudy. Work Load

Spring | Objectives
During practice the students are given training and skills needed to become educators or do other kinds of educational work. At the same time, the practice will provide a basis for self-development and development within the school system. The practice aims to participate in educating reflected teachers with practical skills.
| Contents
During the practice the students will observe, plan, execute and evaluate teaching, all under guidance and supervision. Colleague-based supervision is possible in practice consisting of groups of two. The students are supposed to be parts of the teaching staff and participate in school activities.
| Exam and assessment
A commission will assess whether each student has fulfilled the goals formulated for the practice, but also for the study as a whole.

Praksis dette semesteret går over 8 effektive uker. Det gis praksis både i videregående opplæring, ungdoms- og mellomtrinn. Primært gis praksis i Tromsø. Fordelingen av praksisplasser skjer ved IPLU. Kontakt seniorkonsulent Jarle Røthe for nærmere informasjon.
