| Objectives
The labour market is going through a series of changes. This course gives a basic introduction to different perspectives and interpretations of work in contemporary society. The course will address some of the central issues of the sociology of work and the labour marked and apply these to a contemporary setting. Our focus will be on the Norwegian labour market and working life. Which changes have taken place through the past years? Which challenges does the new situation represent for the individual and for society as a whole? This is an elective course in a bachelor of Sociology. | Coursework requirements
