This can especially be observed throughout the participants¿ total study period in their planning, practice, observation, assessment and reflection about mentoring, both at their own workplace and in other practice situations. As far as possible course participants should collaborate with other students on the course, and that demands a reciprocal and active involvement in other course partcipants¿ development work.

To achieve a pass as a final grade both the written and oral part of the examination must individually be evaluated as a pass. The written part of the examination must be passed before the course participant can take the oral examination. If an examinee fails the oral examination, it is possible to register again and take the oral examination without delivering a new written task.
