Compulsory subject for students on the bachelor programme in Religious Studies. | Contents
This course gives an introduction to the academic history of this subject, as well as the fundamental theoretical and methodological perspectives. In line with the subject''s multidisciplinary approach, it includes a presentation of perspectives relating to religious phenomenology, religious sociology, religious anthropology and cultural analysis. | Form of teaching
Lectures/16 hours. | Exam and assessment
Home-exam written over a given topic in the course of one week (10 pages/approx 3500 words),
and an oral examination
Grading: A-E=pass, F=fail
