The course covers main issues in medical informatics, including medical computing, standards, health informatics, ICT in health-care, medical computing applications, ethics, the future of medical informatics. | Form of teaching
Lectures: 30 hours, Colloquium: 30 hours, Laboratory: 30 hours.
The coursework includes up to 3 written assignments graded Pass/Fail. Oral presentation of the assignments and demonstration of a working system can be claimed. Approved assignments give access to the final written exam. | Coursework requirements
