BIO-2304: Introduction to Bioinformatics Work Load

| Objectives
To give the students a general introduction to bioinformatics. On completion of the course, the students should be able to access information through Internet, be familiar with the tools of bio-information and know how they are used for research of molecular biology, be familiar with databases of sequences and structure and with methods to analyse their contents and to understand some of the possibilities inherent to bio-informational tools when used for research of molecular biology. | Recommended previous qualifications
