BED-2007: Quality Management Work Load

| Objectives
In this course students will learn the process of quality assurance for companies. | Contents
The course covers the basis for quality management, introduction to NS-EN ISO 9000:2000 and environment assurance according to the NS-EN ISO 14000- series and EMAS. Themes that will be covered are documentation systems, quality planning, and -control. Students will learn about the development of the subject, methods for quality improvement and process improvement using statistical tools. | Form of teaching

A term paper based on a case (30 %). Written exam, 4 hours (70 %).
