HEL-8005: Basic Epidemiology and statistics, EPINOR PhD-training Work Load

PhD-level | Objectives
The course is mandatory for PhD-students associated to the research school EPINOR, but will also be of interest to other PhD-students. A basic introduction to the fundamental concepts of epidemiology and the STATA statistical package will be given. Throughout the semester, a student-run series of workshops will go through the book "Concepts of Epidemiology" (Bhopal, Ray), focussing on student contribution. Finally, the PhD-students are expected to deliver a presentation of their research project for the EPINOR plenary | Contents
