| Objectives
To give the students insight into the field of work and organizational psychology as well as the context and application of psychological theories and research. Central theories, models and research will be emphasized. | Contents
History and background, roles and methods, job analysis, personnel selection, assessing and developing performance and potential job stress and health, work environment and productivity, leadership, motivation, team work, organizational change and development, managing diversity. | Form of teaching
Lectures (10 times, two hours each). | Exam and assessment
Ten pages take-home exam. Graded form A-F. | Recommended reading/syllabus
