| Objectives
The thesis should show that the student masters scientific methodology and has the ability to work with a topic in literary or cultural science in an independent, systematic and innovative manner. | Contents
A thesis in literary science is written on an independently selected topic. The thesis should normally be of 60-100 pages.
Required previous qualifications/ courses:
A bachelor''s degree in linguistics, the discipline German (with certain combinations of courses), a bachelor''s degree in language and economy or in language and literature, the discipline German, as well as TYS-3112 Cultural and Literary Theory, TYS-3111 Literary History and TYS-3110 Literary Analysis. | Form of teaching
No normal teaching is given, but the student receives regular supervision from the appointed supervisor. The master''s thesis is to be written in the course of two semesters.
