| Contents Organization and Management is a sub-discipline within Political Science. A central question within the study of political analysis and organizational theory is to study how organizations work. What separates this master¿s programme from the Political Science one, is that the master¿s programme in Organization and Management is concentrated on one sole field of expertise; it is a study in Political Science pin-pointed towards Organization and Management. This means, among other things, to study management and management related topics from various angles.
