| Objectives
The Participants should after finished finished course have a good
understanding for selected process tecnologies and concepts within research
development, production and quality assurance of drugs. | Contents
The module covers selected tecnologies and concepts of relevance
for research, development or production of preperation of solid
dosage forms on industrial or hospital pharmacy scale including
measures of quality assurance and statistical methods for
experimental design and evaluation. The module will to a wide
degree be adapted to the need of the participants and availability
ofteaching personell. It appears natural to cover advanced topics in
technology and GMP. | Recommended previous qualifications
FAR-2021 Pharmaceutical analysis, FAR-2041 Pharmaceutics, basic course, FAR-2042 Pharmaceutics & biopharmaceutics | Form of teaching
Lecture (20%), Seminar/colloquium/PBL (30%), Laberatory course
and PBL (30%). Own studies (20%) alltogether aprox. 100 hours. | Coursework requirements
