Peace education in regions of intractable conflict and inter-ethnic tension

Salomon is currently co-director of the Center for Research on Peace Education (CERPE). CERPE, is designed to develop the scholarly field of peace education by bringing together scholars from different disciplines – education, psychology, sociology, political science, economics and history – and from different parts of the world. The main focus of the center’s work are program evaluation, research, theory construction and international collaboration.
