The Cultural Sami Festival takes place every spring, during easter holidays, in Kautekeino with many happenings, reindeer racings and many visitors attending. The film adresses the participants of this festival, which are as diverse as Sami herders, women, young and old, a Norwegian sociologist, sami authorities and tourists from abroad
