WAB XML transformation

(draft version! the range of options will be extended)

In 2003, WAB established a test site for user-defined filtering of its transcriptions of Wittgenstein's Nachlass, which was based on XML technology and utilization of the TEI P4 Guidelines. The larger context of this undertaking was the Using XML to generate research tools for Wittgenstein scholars by collaborative groupwork project.

With this current site WAB explores the possibilities of interactive dynamic editing and filtering of its machine-readable version of Wittgenstein's Nachlass further. Parts of WAB's machine-readable version are migrated from MECS&MECS-WIT to XML&TEI P5 and made available for user-definable output. In order to find out more, go to the User-defined filtering of Wittgenstein MS139a site.
