The net-based submission of reports applies to information
on an entity for the Central Coordinating Register for Legal
Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises of the Brønnøysund
Register Centre.
The aim is to introduce the electronic submission of reports
and notifications on new registrations, changes and deletions
of entities in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal
Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises. This solution
will be part of our general structure for net-based registration
systems. The submission of reports will be Web based.
The solution will be realized using a layered system architecture
based on open systems and standards, designed so that it will
be simple to add extensions and to adapt to other means of
submitting reports. Examples of envisioned extensions include
XML-based interfaces to external case processing systems.
The target group includes those who need to register, change
and delete entities in the Central Coordinating Register for
Legal Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises.
The framework and the specific solution will be developed
in collaboration between the Brønnøysund Register
Centre and Norway Registers Development AS as an OFU project
within the framework provided by SND (state business development
fund) for such projects.
The project "Net-based registration" was launched
in May 2001, and will last one year.
