Regulation on general application of wage agreements

The Tariff Board has on 29 June 2005 adopted a regulation on general application of wage agreements at construction sites in the county of Hordaland.

Based on a claim from the Norwegian Federation of Trade Unions (LO) the Tariff Board has decided to make parts of the Construction Agreement generally applicable for employees in the county of Hordaland. Terms of wages and employment deriving from the regulation are minimum terms applicable for employees in the building sector, within the scope of the regulation. The regulation enters into force on 1 January 2006.
