Ms. Sylvia Brustad (age 38) was appointed Minister of Health and Care Services on Monday October 17. This is Ms. Brustad's third term as a minister. She represents the Labour Party (Ap).

During a brief ceremony she was given the key to her new office from Mr. Ansgar Gabrielsen,  who was the former Minister of Health and Care Services.
