Work!
As I was studying I had a lot of "small" jobs, doing cleaning and laundry at Haukeland University Hospital, and pushing food and vegetables in a local supermarked... After I finished
my cand. scient. degree in 1998, I started working as a physicist at
Haukeland. Working in radiotherapy was indeed very interesting. My work
was very computer related, and involved a lot of image manipulation
and cross platform exchange of images and patient data. As a physicist
I also learned a lot about dosimetry, basic interactions between particles
and matter, measuring radiation, and generally working in a team with
radio therapists and medical doctors. |
